The breakfast was sensational. The views were marvellous. The location is stunning, near the main shopping areas, bus stops that make for a short journey to the city centre, and the Royal Mile. The rooms are brand-new and of a decent size, with a very new bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. Rooms were serviced daily and very clean and tidy. Transport into the city centre was frequent and easy to use. I arrived early and my room was available which was an added bonus and very thoughtful. I will certainly be back.

Big room, clean, comfortable, good value for money. Very good deal!
It is a little far away from the city centre, 30 minutes walking (there is a bus stop nearby). Only a few parking in site, but is free to park in the street next to it.

The service offered was good, the room was nicely decorated with a lovely view, tea, as example.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, good breakfast. Helpful and kind Denise. Convenient bus stop for easy access to the city center. Typical building with high ceilings and creaking floorboards. Above and beyond service when I made a mistake with my reservation.
